- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing does not include coaching for interviews, thank-you letters or follow-up letters. Please let me know how I may be able to assist you fully during our discussion over the details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is the most important piece for the ultimate results. My process always starts with: 1. reading and/or listening to what you want for final results. Then, 2. I ask detail questions aiming towards our finished project such as if there is a existing resume draft, previous work experience, is this a target resume or general and etc.. 3. We review a draft together for finishing touches. 4. I complete any changes or suggestions and return the finish project via your choice of delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in English and Communications, Master of Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources and I've worked as an Human Resource professional for 10 years.
