- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Food is priced either by the serving or pound for catering, and per item when providing event food services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we determine the scope of what you are looking for - either via email, phone or in person we can discuss what kind of event or party you are planning, and we can work with you to plan the proper portions, sides and options. Once we have the scope, we can either provide a standard menu that fits your event, or come up with a custom quote to fit your exact needs. Finally, as a customer you decide what you want - what options, sides - pick all your favorites! We will lay out the schedule of when final numbers must be provided, when the cook starts and when we can deliver your food - if you need setup, clean up or full service, we can work with you to fit your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified meat cutter and food handler in the state of Washington, and the experience of cooking and eating BBQ in Texas for the past decade.
