Viewpoint Therapy

Introduction: I specialize in working with both adolescents and adults with dual diagnoses (including addiction, mental illness and disabilities). While I offer traditional talk therapy, I also utilize movement therapy and offer hiking, walking or therapy in the outdoors. I love being a part of each of my client's journey as they actively seek out change. Whether you are wanting to see something different in your life, or you are in crisis, I love hearing the story of how you came to be and how I can best support the process of where you want to go next.
