Free estimates! We offer a 10% discount if you respond to our quote within 24 hours!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to begin by talking to you on the phone. Amelia, the Office Manager, is your first point of contact. We like to ensure that we can meet your needs in a timely and efficient manor. Once we are on the same page, we set a time when we can come to your home or work to see the job. After we get an idea of the scope of work we send you a formal estimate via email. Once you accept we start to work! We ask for 50% upfront for smaller jobs. For larger jobs we do a formal contract which includes a budget plan. Amelia sets up the schedule. We work with your time frame to get the job done as fast as possible while offering quality work. Once the job is complete we do a final walk through with you to ensure satisfaction. Once we agree that the job is done to your liking, we collect final payment and you enjoy the home you already love even more.
