FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a very wide variety of options available, many of them free or very inexpensive (i.e. the cost of a paperback book or a DVD). There is no reason that any situation cannot be improved regardless of your budget. However, it can be confusing to know where to begin. Contact me for a free initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, I need to understand what is going on. What do you want to handle? What are you trying to accomplish? What is in the way of accomplishing that?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying and applying this technology for over 40 years. I have several certificates and achieved things for myself and others, which I never would have thought possible when I started. But fundamentally, this is not a subject that you "believe in", it is something that you "do". First you learn something about it, try applying it to your life and observe whether it is true for you. That is all that is expected, and that is what I have done. I encourage you to do the same.
