- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees posted are guidelines. Thumbtack lets us set prices based on the number of years of experience, but that's only part of the picture. More important factors are how many jobs you have had in the past, and the detail required for your particular profession.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We give you a list of all data required. 2. You provide the data, using past resumes or notes. 2. We enter your data into our system. 3. We find any missing pieces and inconsistencies. 4. You provide any missing data. 5. We arrange the data to highlight your strongest points. 6. We format the page so that it looks professional and balanced. 7. You verify that the data is correct. 8. We show you the resume in several templates. 9. You choose the template you like and make final adjustments. 10. We give you the final resume as a PDF and a Word document. 11. We provide any further assistance needed for your job search.
