- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have menus for every budget and our team is happy to design a tailored proposal for your event. Feel free to let your event designer know the price point you are comfortable with and we will create a menu just for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially suggest a phone consultation so we can discuss the details, needs and vision for the event. This will allow our team prepare a proposal, schedule a site visit or a meeting at our showroom.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire team has educational background and experience in hospitality, culinary arts, event management, hospitality and tourism, business management or something between those lines. We are a fun group of creatives who are blessed to have careers that we love!
