Fantastic asphalt sealcoating and crack repair for our driveway! Danny was excellent! I made a request on Thumbtack on Friday, received a reply within an hour from Danny, he came by the same day, gave a quote, and had the driveway done by Sunday (rained Saturday). He even came back a couple weeks later to top off a couple cracks. Driveway looks great! I highly recommend LIH BUILD!

Fantastic! LIH Build resealed our driveway - even after a few other pros claimed it couldn't be done. LIH Build brought it back to brand new and was very competitive in their cost. I will definitely be calling them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at LIH we strive to provide our clients the most inexpensive means of construction without compromising quality and perfection. Over the past decade we have established a very close relationship with community material suppliers of drywall and paint supplies and that relationship has provided us with discounts that we pass onto our clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a request is made, an LIH representative will reach out to you for more information on the project being sought and we will schedule a site visit to gather site information and measurements. Once all the necessary information is gathers for material purchasing, LIH will either look towards pulling permits for the work or schedule a time for conducting the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-B.S. in Civil Engineering, Howard University, Washington, D.C., 2007
