- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no upfront cost for my services. We work on a contingency fee basis. We don't get paid unless and until you get paid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer an in person, no cost or obligation consultation. I review the condition of the property and their insurance policy and make my recommendations from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed and bonded with over 18 years experience. Trained estimator and very seasoned negotiator.
