- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Small bite catering trays start at $30 and will feed 10-12 people. The total cost will depend on your budget and how many food items you would like.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Event consultation 2) I will send you general menu with suggestions 3) Contract developed and signed (requires 50% deposit for food and supply purchase) 4) I will send a detailed information every step of the way and an invoice with all the details. 5) Final payment due upon delivery
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
•Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University •Certified Food Safety Manager • Over 10 years of catering and private event planning •Extensive experience with food service and management •Author of the Elimination Diet Cook booklet, tasty recipes for food allergies and intolerance •Licensed and Registered Dietitian/ Nutritionist •Certification in Food Safety, Quality and Promotion from Florida State University
