- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On the construction side, we price by the job. Interior design jobs are priced at $60.00 per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up an appointment to view the job and gather as much information as possible. A bid will be generated for the client based on their wants and needs. If the bid is accepted, we will develop a schedule so that the job is done in a timely manner all the while, keeping the client aware of our progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Scott and I have a combined total of more than 20 years in the construction industry, specifically residential. I am a schooled designer and owned my own design company in Michigan. I have worked for the last 8 years for new home builders assisting homeowners with finish products and design for their homes
