- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When troubleshooting I charge a minimum off $100 service call.If I'm there longer I charge per hour.I am quick at finding problems due to my many years of troubleshooting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I evaluate the issue, discus the options to fix the issue, provide a price and fix problem ASAP!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a three year low voltage apprenticeship ,then a five year electrical apprenticeship.After that I also was trained for three years in high voltage maintenance .Received my Journeyman card in 2009.
