- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I only take customers who give their number my process starts with one call I ask the customer what type of project they are estimating and I give them a rough estimate as a quote over the phone as long as they send and provide the pictures of what they want to be repaired or clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a Young Man eager to provide for my family I have little education as a matter of fact I dropped out of high school later on I went back to get my GED during the meantime I I went to work learning from some of the best Professionals in Mississippi from remodeling to detailing and several more related services. I now believe self-educated in hands-on experience and don't act Pro the best education is Hands-On!
