- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer to measure, give design consultation and free estimate. In discussing the project, we take special care to listen, give a detailed work scope and establish clear expectations, to help insure the best results. Once all terms are agreed upon, we can set an installation date, which can usually be within 4-6 days. After installation is complete, we do a comprehensive walk through together in order to make sure they are 100% satisfied with our work. We typically follow up a few weeks after completing the work to make sure everything is still great. All work is warranted, should any concerns arise, they are promptly address.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are working with direct installers and a well established company. Many "landscapers" are either just sales companies that subcontract out the work, or small unlicensed, uninsurured work crews, which can put your home at risk.
