Introduction: I am a freelance, licensed Cottage Food Operator, cake artist/pastry chef that has 3 years of professional bakery/restaurant experience. I am a graduate of The Art Institute of California where I received a Bachelors in Culinary Management. I have approx. 15 years of freelance cake decorating experience. I am new to the bay area and looking to build my client base so in the future i can open up my own bakery. I am available to do any cake for birthdays, baby showers, graduations, weddings and any other special occasion or holiday. I also offer a dessert menu.

Tiffany did an absolutely amazing job on our wedding cake! It was stunning and tasted amazing! I ended up needing a cake last minute and she made it happen for us. Thank you so very much for being so kind and helpful with the whole process. Next cake I need, I will get it from her!

I talked to Tiffany 1 day before I needed the cake. I had preconceived idea about the design and wasn't ready to compromise. Tiffany patiently heard me out, gave positive suggestions and delivered perfect cake on time. It looks exactly how I imagined. She got all the details on the cake too. Tiffany, I really appreciate all the effort and thank you so much for wonderful cake on such a short notice.
(I tasted a little bit buttercream frosting, its perfect. Not too sweet, exactly how I like it. Can't wait to taste the cake. I will leave follow up review about the taste.)

Our wedding cake was so gorgeous and so delicious!!! Amazing price for an amazing cake!!! I combined a couple of cakes I was looking at in pictures and she knew exactly what I was asking for and nailed it!!! She even added our cake topper for us! Thank you so much Tiffany!

Tiffany was awesome to work with, she listened to what we wanted and made it a reality! We couldn't be happier with the way our cake and cupcakes came out, so amazing and so delicious! Everyone was going back for more and talking about how great it all tasted!
