What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive with other professionals in our area. We are upfront with out estimates and quotes, and we will not surprise you with unexpected invoices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we need to obtain copies of prior year tax returns and any additional pertinent information. Many clients choose this interaction to be face-to-face while others are more comfortable with electronic communication. We are very flexible and can usually fit your specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Certified Professional Accountant with the state of Tennessee (License #21985) since January of 2011. Our firm was founded in 2002 and is a licensed CPA firm with the state of Tennessee (License #2895). My firm partner, Jan Reese, has been a CPA since 2005. Susanna Vaughan, staff bookkeeper, is a Certified QuickBooks Expert with expertise in both the desktop version and online version of QuickBooks.
