I'm Very, very pleased with their service. I am a nightmare client: once a month, ALWAYS changing the date of service due to guest arrival, switching up what rooms need to be done, therefore the staff are always different. Plus, we have messy toddlers! But, Edna does pretty much EXACTLY what I want done. After the first couple of visits of telling them to don't bother with blinds, inside the fridge, and certainly not dirty dishes, everyone knows this. Almost always, I walk in the door and KNOW they've been there because it just feels..fresh. The carpet feels plusher, the floors spotless , everything tidy and organized. I highly recommend her work. Edna and her assistant was absolutely amazing! She was able to schedule an appointment quickly and she also arrived on time. They did an excellent job cleaning my house and everything looks clean and disinfected. She made moving into my new home easy and stress free! They were super thorough with everything. I'm extremely impressed with the service. I will definitely be using Premium home services again! Great company with great customer service and quality work, worth every penny!
