FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only charge a planning fee for destination weddings, just because they are typically more complex than a typical honeymoon, family vacation, or FIT. I also do not charge a consultation fee either.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process when working with a customer is to really get an idea of what they want. I send my clients a questionnaire that asks them questions regarding their personalities, what they like to do on vacation, what they want to get out of their vacation, budget, and so on. That way I can really pinpoint which products to quote and recommend to my clients. I can either meet up at a coffee shop, or any public space that you can meet at, the client's house, or we can talk over the phone or email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in event planning from MSU Denver. I also have various training from suppliers.
