- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually like to schedule a free estimate with the customer to come and look over the job. This allows us to meet with the customer and learn exactly what they want done with the job. If they are busy we can always take a look at the job without the customer being their and can leave an estimate in the mailbox or through email.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked everywhere from Cape Cod, Boston, Chestnut Hill to Middleton. Our customer base is great. It includes Commercial and Residential customers who really look for excellent reliable servicing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I would give to a customer is to look for a service that really cares to providing excellent service and meeting with you to go over the job. I find that very important.
