It is all personalized, depending on level of service and whether the client wants meals or cooking classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would talk to them about what exactly they are wanting/needing - whether it be meals or cooking classes. I would find out the ages of the people involved as well as food preferences and allergies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking since I was a teenager, but I have also taken numerous culinary classes and am about to complete a certificate in baking and pastry.
