Fair and reasonable. A win-win proposal. Every project is different and every client has different desires and outcomes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customers at the job site. Listen to the wants, desires and dreams. Review and ask questions to ensure clarity. Ask more questions. Take the information and develop a quote, a timeline and identify obstacles to overcome. Discuss, adjust and answer questions. Write a contract to present to the clients. THE KEY IS OPEN, TWO WAY COMMUNICATION.

I have a degree in business management and an on the job degree in construction.
