Introduction: I am a creative and caring person who is passionate about helping others. I utilize a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, play therapy, relaxation, and expressive therapies. My creative approach to therapy allows me to meet clients at their level, in a comfortable and safe environment. I love being able to work with kids and their families. I enjoy seeing the confidence a child gains as they learn simple skills that will help them deal with their emotions and improve their behaviors. I also love when I am able to help parents feel more empowered and capable with regards to raising their children. I work with families to help them communicate better, fight less, and just enjoy each other more.
