Introduction: I am the founder of The Bridge Project, a non-profit organization specializes in business coaching and consulting for entrepreneurs and small- to medium-sized businesses. Prior to networking with Medrano I had a resume already that i thought was ok. I came across him in a job search group where he was offering to take a look at resumes to see if they needed tweaking. He took a resume that I thought was ok and made it even better. He has even gone beyond the resume and assisted in providing tips and leads to work with the resume to get you a foot in the door. I would highly recommend his services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard price is $30 dollars for our resumes. We use the latest trends in human resources to draft your resume and makes you shine.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Stage 1: I ask my customer few pre-set questions that will allow me to determine my client desire regarding his job hunt. Stage 2: I work step by step in tailoring his/her resume based on the pre-set questions and then I interview my client to make sure that we are heading in the right direction. Stage 3: You receive you resume and I'll do follow up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S degree in Business Management and 8 years experience working for Fortune 500 companies such as Marriott and Hilton.
