- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Details are provided on our website :) Not only do our rates cover automatic billing, insured service, and app updates, they’ll cover this until 2022! Time won’t change the royal treatment they receive :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We onboard pet parents with our app, which asks questions about their pet's background, any behavioral/health concerns we should be aware of, proof of vaccines, and scheduling options that we should keep in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Alexa received her Psychology degree in 2014, completed a training apprenticeship under an Associate Certified Animal Behaviorist, and continued to work as a dog consultant/instructor ever since. What she loves most about the pet care field is she continues to learn new things about dog behavior and training every day. She also loves sharing her knowledge and skills with her team. This essentially means anyone in this field will be a forever student for the sake of providing the best TLC :)
