- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free consultations and makeup trials for large groups of 5 or more people. A 50% deposit is required at the makeup trial to lock in the appointments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients will receive a phone consultation to cover exactly what the desired makeup look is. Phone consults are not only helpful, but it’s a great way for me to get to learn a little about my clients and vice versa. Afterwards, a confirmation will be emailed to the client regarding everything that was discussed and agreed upon.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with variations of skin complexions (fair, medium, tan, deep and dark), skin tones (cool, neutral and warm) and skin types (normal, combination, oily, and sensitive). Ages ranging from 16-65 years old and African American, Caucasian, Latina and Caribbean ethnicities. I’m eager to working with more variety of people!
