- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk with the customer by phone to get a good idea of what they are wanting to have done with their project and that it can be done. We will then set-up a time to meet with the customer for a free estimate at their home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 18 I got a job at the best fence company in the Detroit Metro area. The owner of the company had been fencing the "Old Fashioned" way for 35 years and tucked me under his wing for 5 years teaching me all he knew. He beat in my head every day to: (in his words) Not wimp out on materials, don't cheat and cut corners, and ALWAYS do what you say you are going to do! I've lived by this advice since!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers who are just starting families to seniors in need of a fence. We work with many families and budgets as well as many custom jobs.
