- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25/hour. As a young professional, my rates are generally lower than others in the field, but my rate is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first discuss with the client what the project is, what their specific service needs are, and the ultimate impression they'd like their project/product to have. We discuss what is most important to them about the piece, and, if applicable, what they see as needing the most improvement. Typically, a project will require a couple rounds of drafts, with full consultation with the client on each. However, certain projects may only require one clean edit. This part of the process is completely dependent on each client's specific needs, and I am perfectly willing to work within any given parameters.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College of Columbia University. I had the most incredible writing instruction while at the school, and in many disciplines.
