- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Negotiable. $30 per hour if nothing else is agreed upon. But I often work for a flat rate, that varies depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet or have a phone call to discuss the project (What they want, what their budget is, and what the timeframe is). I would then schedule a follow up, where I would give them an sketch, along with an estimate of time and cost. Once everything is agreed upon, I get to work. If it is a larger project, I would check in with weekly progress updates. For smaller projects I will present them with the finished project within a week, discuss final revisions, and once we are both happy, invoice for payment in full.
