Introduction: Elet Hall is a parkour coach and personal trainer who has developed his own brand of movement based fitness instruction. He draws upon more than a decade of experience in Strength Training, Parkour, Krav Maga and Kali. His own training methods have enabled him to Reach the National finals of American Ninja Warrior 4 consecutive times. He has coached Adults and children, from beginner to expert nationwide in: OCR, Parkour, Self-Defense, Soccer, Personal Fitness, and strength training. "Be strong to be useful" is a mantra ive often repeated. My dedication to my own fitness has helped me feel strong, gain confidence, and provided a tangible avenue for self-improvement. Being trained by Elet was one of the best choices I ever made! He's a caring and passionate trainer who pushed me to be the best version of myself. Both extremely knowledgeable and results based, Elet helped me to get rid of a nagging shoulder injury and to be a stronger and more well-rounded athlete than I've ever been in my life.

Superb service! Elet definitely knows his stuff when it comes to Strength, Conditioning, and Movement and how it applies to each client. I am not such a fit guy but Elet was able to guide me through his lessons without making me feel inadequate at all. His expertise and personality are above and beyond any other trainer that I've been with and will definitely be coming back to him for more training!
