- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free half-hour consultation by phone or Skype to each prospective client, to get a sense of whether we're a good fit. If we are, I typically recommend a series of 6 sessions to set a foundation for change. From there, the client may choose to continue with more sessions if ongoing support is desired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Coach, trained in the Coaching for Transformation Program at Leadership that Works. I am also a student of Somatic Experiencing and Alchemical Alignment, both of which are trauma resolution modalities.
