- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary by product/ service. All products/ services have terms and conditions provided with payment confirmation, which outlines the applicable information for refund, deliverable dates, etc., for that specific product/service. This information can be requested in advance by email.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients are usually emailed within 3 hours of bid acceptance, to arrange a phone call. Once formal contact is made, Client Service Plan is provided. If email or other additional contact is necessary, E1T14PD works hard work to accommodate our client's busy schedules in arranging communication strategies,without hindering efficient delivery results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
E1T14PD has been in business for over 10 years providing Professional Development services to individual professionals and businesses, from training program design & implementation to individual career and business coaching, as well as, design and launch strategies; including marketing materials, i.e., flyers, business cards, web banners, blog/ social media post graphics, infographic resumes, etc. The CEO/ Founder, Latefa Harmon, has an 18-year history in Corporate Training, Workforce Development, Career Coaching, Nonprofit Consulting, and Graphic Freelancing, combined.
