I had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Rami delicious food at a recent charity event. Each dish he presented was amazing, the rich flavors and savory taste made the experience even more worthwhile.

Most of all what impressed me was the unique cuisine! The freshness, the flavours and the perfect combination. Superb! Rami came to our home for my birthday dinner and catered an amazing meal for 8 people- the main was a traditional dish of rice, vegetables and chicken cooked to perfection (maqloubeh). All the accompanying dishes and dessert were sooo good. It's so nice to hear Rami describe the dishes with such passion and imagination - he's a real pleasure to work with and be around which is an additional perk!
