- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have a standard flat rate for all homes! All of our prices are predetermined based on the size of your home, and number of bathrooms and bedrooms you have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When screening new clients we will typically assess their needs and make sure that we have the ability to meet them. Next, we will typically set up an appointment date and time. Set up a payment plan, and arrive during the agreed date and time, ready to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our cleaners are thoroughly trained to meet Spick & Span standards, and must have at least 5 years worth of experience in working in home cleaning.
