- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always willing to work with the customers on pricing, our goal isn’t the bottom line sale. We like to do quality work and it’ll be at a value to the customers because dynamic isn’t like every other company. We care more about the work then we do about the bottom line sale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with the owner and see what is they want done, maybe offer my advice as well on how they can save money on this job. A lot of the times also I sit with my team and discuss the job so we can have a good estimation on when we could finish and how much it would cost to do. I am 100% transparent with my team and I’m the same way with my customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business my whole life and so has my father and his father, I guess you can say it’s in my blood. We have been doing this since 1991 and we do everything from ground up construction to basement remodels, bathroom, kitchen, patio and deck. So there has been a lot of training leading up to this moment
