- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process working for new customers is as follows: 1.) Receive job request. 2.) LISTEN to the homeowner describe the issue and/or need and schedule an appointment to visit the property. 3.) ASSESS the damage/condition of the equipment in question. 4.) COMMUNICATE with the homeowner, discuss the issue, and offer all available solutions. 5.) The customer is given a quote, which is a written document explaining in detail the description, costs, and expectation of services. 6.) The homeowner signs off, agrees to my service, and I complete the project in a safe, timely, and professional manner. 7.) Consistently, follow up with homeowner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years experience in the HVAC industry; (i.e. new construction, remodel homes, fix and flips, service/ installation and sales calls, zoning system issues, maintenance/servicing/installation of humidifiers, and experience solving air cleaning issues. I have achieved my Associate's Degree-Applied Science and am EPA Certified. Continue to grow professionally and stay current by attending various HVAC events and workshops focusing on Heating and Cooling trends.
