- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a food minimum of $500 to attend your event. We can customize a menu for your event. We charge a catering fee of 15% to all private events to cover gratuity, travel costs and all disposable wares and napkins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically communicate via email or phone. We will ask you a few specifics about your event and send you a quote. Once approved I will send you an invoice for $100 to save the date. Deposits can be refunded up to 7 days before event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business since 2015 and cooking my entire life. I have a Bachelors degree from CSU and customer service and management experience. Also with over 10 years in hospitality and food and beverage we will ensure your event is a success!
