- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard hourly rate is $32 an hour. Flat rates are quoted on a case by case basis depending on the level of work required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out about the type of business, the software currently used and what it is they would like from my services. I then review all source documents, current accounting structure, then preview financials for areas of improvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my undergraduate degree in business from Metropolitan State University and my master's in accounting from Colorado State University. I have over five years of running my own business which specializes in small businesses and start-ups.
