Life Skills and Social Skills

Introduction: I can work over phone and Internet with each client. My schedule is flexible and I educate youth and adults on life skills in various areas. All plans are designed to present skills specific to individual goals. Daily living require self-care skills and the ability to interact with others. I enjoy my work because I am able to empower individuals and families with building skills needed in all areas of life, including daily living skills, social skills, stress and anger management, and overall building resiliency and independence! I enjoy being able to work with individuals to meet their individual needs!
