FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, because there are many variables involved in these type of repairs (accessibility to the damage, texture, paint, drywall Vs plaster, size, etc.) standardized pricing is just not possible. Any company that advertises standardized pricing will either be taking advantage of customers or cutting corners to make that price work for them. So that's why we give 100% free estimates with zero pressure or obligation. Only after we've seen the damage and fully understand what will be involved in the repair can we comfortably issue an estimate that will be fair to both you and us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We never try and quote a repair over the phone. Your home is one of your most valuable assets so it should be treated with respect - even when it comes to bidding on a repair. Any contractor or service professional that feels bothered by an in-home estimate doesn't deserve to win that job. That's why we come to your home, introduce ourselves and take the time to thoroughly understand the scope of the work. We will then answer any questions or concerns you have and finally, present you with a no obligation quote. If you're looking for a high-pressure, in home sales company, we're definitely not the right fit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are part of a nationwide franchise. We all go through the same certified training to make sure our practices are uniform and fair. All of our employees come with at least 10 years of drywall repair and/or installation experience.
