- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different. Just as every client is different. Finding the right value for you is one of the most important parts of my job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing is to listen to the customer. During our initial conversation I ask several questions to determine their needs and then set expectations. Once I understand the scope of the project and have all the assets, I begin working. Keeping good communication and exceeding expectations is very important to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked everything from theater, to production houses, corporations, and finally owning my own company. I believe investing in yourself, leads to becoming better for others.
