FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work with flat rates to avoid haggling and price changes. I like set prices and agreements so both parties know what to expect and don't have to discuss pricing often. I base the original quote on Sq ft and estimated time needed, but usually after speaking and upon a consultation or our first meeting I will negotiate with my clients based on their needs, frequency of projects and conveniences. a second worker or jobs requiring other services are not as negotiable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send you a quote here based on the limited information I have to bid your job. I usually require a phone conversation up front to understand the specifics of the work needed. I charge $40.00 for the consultation which is subtracted from the first working appointment if your contract isn't changed from your original quote before I come to your location. Most of the time this is skipped and I do both a consult and my first day with you at the same time to save both of us time and money. Usually I set a price for a consistent client after the first job, as the first time usually requires more time and effort then working with you on a regular basis. I am flexible with pricing for regular clients and conveniences for the work always help with the price should you wish to have a long term working relationship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive 15 years + experience in designing and painting large scale Custom Murals. I have a degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and philosophy and visual arts emphasis in my undergraduate work with Fullerton/Cypress Colleges. As a student I produced, painted and published my own personal art shows in Fullerton and Buena Park. I have vocational training in Cinema with Columbia College Hollywood.
