Our business was at a crossroads, we were either going to grow or stay stuck for the next 10 years. Lisa, Kelly and the team helped us come up with a plan, implement the tech tools we needed, and held us accountable to milestones. We almost doubled our sales this year because we became so efficient, we were able to take on more jobs and the marketing (social selling) they did for us made the phone ring- all we had to do was do what we knew best. We will continue to work with Lisa, Robin and Kelly again this year to drive more sales!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first spend time understanding what their goals are and their business objectives. The next step is understanding our client's requirements for the job or service. We document the conversations and the requirements and make sure our client agrees to what we thought we heard from them. Once everyone is on the same page, we prepare the quote and put together some ROI analysis on our work. Our team works together to understand what our impact is on our client's business.
