- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a phone consultation to discover was has been stopping you or slowing down from having the life you deserve. If we are a good fit for one another we begin a 90 day program. This includes 12 individual coaching sessions, once a week. This is done over the phone from the privacy of your own home. We will be working to uncover the current habits that drive your life and what shifts we can make for the better. This is a journey of mindfulness, acceptance and finding balance in your life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Medical Aesthetician as well as Certified Health Coach
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I found myself lost in trying to create a flow in my life. I let my anxiety take me over and one day I realized I needed to do something about it. I began by learning how to be mindful and how to calm my anxious energy. This led to leading a healthier lifestyle overall and I realized I wanted to help others do the same.
