FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All that I do is charged hourly except for expenses, like third party services, which are passed on at cost. Third party services include, for photography, props and backdrops I don't have, and for web sites, domain (web site name) registration, hosting (space on the internet), theme (layout and color scheme, if you don't want to use a free them), plug-ins (added functionality).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll first have a conversation about your goals — what you want the media to achieve for you. We will also talk about what you already have to work with and what we'll need. Then we can firm up an estimate, write our to-do list, schedule the work...and get it done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years freelancing, 20 years (concurrent) in journalism, 27 press awards, a BFA in Visual Communication and happy customers.
