Daryl did a fantastic job on my painting project. I have never hired off thumbtack before and was skeptical of the platform. Daryl was on time and did fantastic work. He went above and beyond while also sticking to his original quote. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be hiring him for other projects in the future.

This was a tricky ceiling paint job. Previous attempts to fix a water stain was not satisfactory, so we called in the Pros. Daryl's crew, Mike, and Tim showed up and went at it. The job was done quickly and cleanly. Here is the best part. After the job was done we still saw some unevenness in the result. The crew jumped on this and went above and beyond by mudding the uneven area and then priming and painting the area again. Would definitely recommend Daryl and his crew.

First off I need to say how happy I am that I found Daryl’s name on thumbtack while searching for a painter. I had recently closed on a house and needed to repaint every room and ceiling, many of which had wallpaper on them, in order to rid the house of smoke odor from the previous owners. I knew from the second I met Daryl that he was they guy I would hire. He told me exactly what he was going to do, what it cost, and how he came up with the figure. Daryl and his crew did an outstanding job removing the wallpaper, patching and sanding the walls, and the painting was flawless. Daryl truly went above and beyond and his work transformed my new home. And to top it all off, he beat all the competitors price by a 1/3! Daryl is truly a master painter and I would (and have!) highly recommend him to anyone in need of a professional painter.

I would highly recommend Darryl. He was meticulous in his work and took the time to even fill in nail holes and sand down the walls for a smooth finish. He's a super nice guy and a total professional. We are so happy with the painting that he did and feel that he's very competitive in his pricing.

my pricing veries depending on the job! I do give a 15% discount to the elderly, and Veterans, firefighters, and Law enforcment!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my process is I will patch any imperfections in the surface, I will sand and prime patches, I then sand walls or trim so that the surface is smooth! then I put 2 coats of paint desired color!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in the Union for many years so I have extensive training in the painting industry!
