- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is located on my Facebook page and website. Pricing may vary when travel further than a 20 mile radius is necessaey. Wedding photography pricing will vary based upon the various needs of my clients. Either way I'm very flexible and look forward to speaking with you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends on the customer! Some people prefer to email, some prefer to speak on the telephone and for bigger projects some people like to meet. Once details are ironed out with the client, a non-refundable booking fee is due to reserve the date. The deposit will go towards the balance that will be owed the day of the shoot. Also, please keep in mind the booking fee is just a commitment on my clients behalf, obviously if something comes up that day, given reasonable notice we can certainly reschedule. Due to the type of photography I do (outdoors and offsite) sometimes we get bad weather and if there's not an indoor location choosen it is not uncommon to have to reschedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several photography classes and continue to educate myself on techniques. Mainly, this is experience driven. The more clients I have the opportunity to work with, the better I become.
