- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices subject to change. Estimates for cleaning are sent automatically. If you think the price seems high, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will be more than happy to go over the quote with you, personally, so that we can discuss any changes in price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is best to communicate before the work is done. Usually, there are details that each party would like to convey to the other. By establishing a rapport with new clients, before we meet, both parties are able to do quick assessments of the other so that we can make sure that we will work well together. This also eliminates many of the small surprises/challenges that working with someone that you don't know can often present.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education is in culinary, Baking & Pastry to be specific. Since completing my degree, I have spent many years working in the hospitality industry and traveling to learn about other cultures. This gives me unique perspective and allows for me to work well with a myriad demographic of clients.
