FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing as reasonable as possible! Payment plans are available if they are worked out ahead of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before I accept any job, I meet the client in person (with their pet in their home) to make sure I am a good fit with that family. If it doesn’t work out for some reason, I will not take it personally. Your pet’s happiness and wellbeing is what matters most! Also, please make sure you tell me any special requests you will be making at this time. If we do match up well, I will give the client a few forms to fill out and return to me with a key at some point. Then, I complete the job, and I will leave an invoice and pre-stamped envelope at the client’s residence to be mailed back to me with payment within 3 days of his or her return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied hard with my mother ever since I can remember to learn more about medical issues and pet first aid.
