- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are built off an hourly rate of $65, but I always give the customer the courtesy of a price tailored to the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial conversation and dialogue, and a subsequent stream of communication, is always critical to the success of a job. If I have a good picture of the customer's expectations and am able to communicate with the customer effectively, success is usually the norm rather than the exception.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in journalism and 25 years of experience in the communications and creative departments of large corporations. I have worked closely with some of the best photographers, videographers and graphic artists in the country and learned something from every one of them.
