I was having an issue with my heat, I contacted to other companies and they could not figure out the issue and told me I would be better off replacing the system. I contacted Taylor from Alamance air solutions to get a third opinion and get a quote on replacing my system and he figured out the issue within 20 minutes and had my system up and running within an hour. I would highly recommend Alamance air solutions and Taylor for any heating and air-conditioning needs. Very reasonably priced and very good work. It's not the cheapest in town but he is by far not the most expensive. You get the quality of work that you're willing to pay for and he was definitely worth every penny spent. Alamance Air Solutions provided exactly the top quality service I was hoping to find. My 93-year-old father lives alone and his A/C wasn't working, in 90-degree heat. I called Taylor on a Friday afternoon, and he was at my father's house within the hour. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the necessary part, came back and fixed and tested everything, and the price was very reasonable. Another great thing about this experience was that Taylor was personable, friendly, and kind and considerate enough to visit with a lonely elderly man for a few minutes instead of rushing in and out. He obviously cares about his customers and treats them with respect. I couldn't have asked for a better result from contacting Alamance Air Solutions, and I wholeheartedly recommend them!
